The seventh day of Wimbledon 2025 is underway, and the competition is heating up.
In the men's draw, Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic, and Carlos Alcaraz remain the strongest contenders, with Alcaraz set to face Andrey Rublev later today. While others, such as fifth seed Taylor Fritz, who meets Jordan Thompson, could still make a push. Cam Norrie has a favorable matchup against Nicolas Jarry, while Karen Khachanov takes on Kamil Majchrzak, who is returning to form after a suspension.
On the women’s side, Aryna Sabalenka continues her dominant run, reaching the fourth round without dropping a set. Elise Mertens, who defeated Elina Svitolina in the previous round, will look to maintain her momentum.
Elsewhere, Sonay Kartal faces Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, with the winner set to take on Linda Noskova or Amanda Anisimova in the quarterfinals.
