Jerry Jones expressed his discontent during a radio appearance at Tuesday morning regarding questions about the Dallas Cowboys' roster and perceived lack of offseason activities being asked him by hosts Shan Shariff and RJ Choppy on The Fan station (105.3).
Amidst discussions while traveling for an NFL league meeting, Jones was irked with the questions posed to him about Cowboys' relatively quiet offseason efforts after their 82nd birthday setback against Detroit Lions where they suffered a significant defeat of 47-9.
He underscored his commitment in dealing these issues by threatening that he would find others willing to pose such questions, emphasizing the importance and complexity involved which should be left for him or other knowledgeable individuals present at today's NFL meeting with all teams gathered therein.
Jones also highlighted significant contract achievements made with star quarterback Dak Prescott and wide receiver CeeDee Lamb in maintaining that they had a strong player base, despite some defense-related challenges faced during the game where everyone was supposed to step up but failed due to deficits between their offensive executions.
After enduring this loss on Sunday while currently rested with bye week coming back from it against San Francisco 49ers in California scheduled for Oct 27, Jones and his team have some time before they face another test of mettle ahead at homecoming game day.
