The current shadow home minister was speaking with ITV's Good Morning Britain when he mentioned: "Indeed, there are others who have also considered the future of our nation and what we can contribute to it. While I don't believe my thoughts are unique in that regard."
He continued by saying, "I always strive to fulfill my duties as best as possible. In government, I focused on delivering results. At present, with opposition at the helm, my priority is holding the Labour party accountable for their actions and decisions."
